Discover SCUBA
This is an introductory dive for those of you who would like an idea about the underwater world. On arrival at the dive centre you will receive a safety brief and all necessary training to enable you to dive with confidence. The qualified instructors will accompany you as you embark upon your adventure.Â
Total excursion time is approximately 2/3 hours and the dive can count towards the Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver course as the content is the first module of the SSI Open Water Diver Course.
Divers should be at least 10 years old to take part.
Discover Bubbles
This is a short diving program designed with kids in mind. This is the ideal opportunity for youngsters to gain some underwater experience and to try out the dive equipment and have their first opportunity to breathe underwater. Exciting! They will dive no more than 2.5 metres deep in the pool and the sea.
The course last approximately 1.5 hours and is suitable for children 8 and 9 years old. The kids will learn how to put on their own dive gear and will have constant supervision from a fully qualified instructor. Most importantly they are sure to have lots of fun and experience that they will never forget! Children under the age of 18 need permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate
Professional divers
There are numerous dive sites of interest available along the coastline and many of these are accessible by land. For the divers who wish to explore at further depths we take you by Zodiac boat, from the centre to the dive location in just a few minutes. Here the captain will check the water visibility to ensure that you have the best underwater experience. All of our instructors are PADI licensed and well versed in the marine geography and geology of the island.
You may use your own equipment or the equipment provided by the centre upon request.
