Explore a volcano, ride a camel and witness how to cook food with just the heat of the Earth itself! Lanzarote Timanfaya Tour takes you on a magical day exploring the hidden wonders that the island has to share. Timanfaya national park consists solely of volcanic soil and is home to one of the two populations of the Canarian Egyptian vulture. As it is protected by UNESCO it is home to many endemic species.
During this tour you will have the opportunity to witness the green lake at El Golfo volcano as well as visit the wine region of La Geria. At the Hilario Islet within the national park you will have the chance to witness the extreme temperatures emitted by the Earth and how man can harness the heat to cook with. Did you know that you can fry an egg using the heat of the volcano? You will also have the opportunity to ride a camel from the camel park and on some of the more difficult paths.
